I am not dead to the blogging world. Just hibernating. And I am going to pretend like I never took a five month hiatus. So, back to Fiji.
Our next day, we took a boat out to a small private island to do some snorkeling and kayaking and snoozing on a deserted island. It wasn't quite what we expected (snorkeling lasted all of fifteen minutes and there was not a kayak to be found), but it was nice nonetheless. It was just a small group who went out and so it was easy to find a secluded spot on the island and feel completely alone.

Our private little island.
See the fish? Yeah, neither did we.
Big fish.
The next day was Sunday so we took the bus into town to catch the local ward. We met a nice Kiwi couple who were staying at the same resort as us. They invited us over for dinner and we spent most of Sunday just sitting around chatting and eating. The way every good Sabbath should be spent.
